ABOUT ME

I earned my M.F.A. degree from Queens University of Charlotte and my B.A. in English from Eckerd College. I'm also a writer for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach.

I’ve completed three novels: CITY IN A FOREST (2019), SNAKES OF ST. AUGUSTINE (2023), and THE TRAIN TO SANTA FE (that's a working title, which keeps changing). A fourth novel, THE TURTLE WITCH, is being outlined.

My short stories and essays have been published by Pangyrus, Atticus Review, The Northern Virginia Review, Eckerd Review, Blackheart Magazine, Crab Fat Magazine, Gravel Magazine, and Dying Dahlia Review, and in the book Boomtown. Long ago and far away, I was a journalist.
